Return Policy & Important Notes

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order, providing the goods are in their original condition and packaging, including dust-covers and/or jewellery bags. 
• Please contact customer care via the contact page to request a return code. 
• Once the item has been returned a refund will be issued via PayPal within 14 days. 
• Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 
  
• Please note that you are responsible for complying with all import regulations and paying any duties where applicable.
